Freight Train Seems to Be Floating on the Mississippi River

There's been flooding along the Mississippi River in Davenport, Iowa this spring. Somebody shot an aerial video of a freight train chugging through water that's so deep you can't see the tracks. It looks like the train is floating on the river.
