Ron is a 4-year-old coonhound that came to the shelter as a stray. He’s been with them for almost 150 days now. Ron is a special boy that’ll need a special home to take him in. He gets extremely stressed in the kennel environment here at the shelter. Because of this, he’s quickly lost weight and struggles to gain it back. He’s obsessed with food and loves treats of all kinds. Ron really is the best boy. He’s done well with other dogs in our care, he’s really playful and loves toys, he’ll never turn down the chance to be pet, and he curls up in a tiny ball to go to sleep. What more could you want in a pup?
And now through May 16th, all adoption fees have been reduced to $25 thanks to the Bissell Pet Foundation’s Empty the Shelters Event.
