Last night, Rep. Eric Swalwell was on Hardball with Chris Matthews on MSNBC when all of a sudden, on live TV, it sounded like he farted. Check it out below.
Swalwell claims it was not him and that he did not hear it. (I find that hard to believe based on the pause.)
Then, Hardball tried to explain by saying it was a mug that slid across the table, but we're still skeptical.
