The insurance website Insurify crunched the numbers and figured out which cars get the most speeding tickets. Here’s a rundown of the top cars, ranked by percentage of drivers with a speeding ticket for each model:
- Subaru WRX- 20.1%
- Scion FR-S- 19.1%
- Volkswagen GTI- 16.9%
- Hyundai Genesis Coupe- 15.8%
- Jeep Wrangler Unlimited- 15.4%
- Dodge Ram 2500- 15.3%
- Dodge Dart- 14.9%
- Infiniti G37- 14.7%
- Subaru Impreza- 14.7%
- Hyundai Veloster- 14.5%
It seems the top cars are almost all less-than-common models. Maybe they’re getting targeted by cops because they’re so special and unusual?
