Beware, if you're addicted to your iPhone the device itself will soon start shaming you.
Apple is expected to introduce a new Digital Health feature that will let you know when you've had too much screen time.
During Apple's annual WWDC event yesterday (June 4th), the company discussed the feature.
Now, you can set Do Not Disturb for when you’re heading to bed, group notifications so you aren’t overwhelmed by too many lock screen bubbles, and set a timer for how long you want to use apps daily.
Google announced a similar feature, called Dashboard, earlier this year.
