All the single ladies…are buying homes.
According to a survey by the National Association of Realtors, single women are buying homes at twice the rate of single guys.
Single women accounted for 18% of all home purchases last year, compared to just 7% of single men. According to the data, single women are the second-largest segment in the home-buying marketplace -- behind married couples.
