For 15 years, Robert Leibowitz suffered from chronic kidney disease. Robert had been on the trasplant list for years with no luck of a donor. Finally, last year, he decided to take matters into his own hands. While he was in Disney World with his family, he walked around for a week wearing a T-shirt that read: "In Need of Kidney. O Positive." along with his phone number.
People snapped photos of Robert walking around in the shirt, making the story go insanely viral, and allowing him to find a donor. Check out the full story below.
