Bobby Bones is successful and known to many as an encourager and supporter. He has thrived in many elements from radio to television to reality TV to being in a popular comedy band. But that doesn't mean somethings still aren't hard for Bones or make him nervous.
One of those things was Yoga. Bones detailed on The Bobby Bones Show when he first started to work out at a yoga studio how hard it was. There was a story about a study that was done showing 28% of people wanted to get in shape before they joined a gym or got a membership. They were embarrassed to do so otherwise. Bones shared his story about going to a local yoga studio for first time where he did everything practically wrong and felt like everyone was judging him. After the class ended, he said he'd never go back, but he had accidentally purchased a 3-class pack and didn't want to waste them.
So he did go back for the other two and that was his advice to all who are nervous, scared, or embarrassed... no one actually cares. It's all in your head. Those two next yoga classes Bones did were an eye opener for him. He said he got better, he noticed no one was worried about him, and he became more confident.
Moral of this story - do what you're nervous or scared about, only YOU is judging YOU!
