Sometimes when all of it is hard at once, it can bring a huge burden onto someone's life. That's why there are several coping mechanisms that people have to deal with the hard parts of life.

Amy read that if you sniff worn clothing of your significant other when you're upset or stressed, it will calm you down. Recently, Amy had a moment where felt overwhelmed and remembered this bit of information she heard about and decided to try it. She smelled some dirty clothes of her husband's to give off his scent and she said it worked. She felt calmer quicker and ready to deal with things afterward.
