I See You: 8th Grader's Website Matches You With Perfect Shelter Dog

8th grader Aiden spent months at the Austin Jewish Academy researching and writing questions to build a website that matches users with adoptable dogs that fit their lifestyles. Aiden created the website DogDoOrDogDont.org to cut down on the problem dogs being in shelters due to people getting the wrong kind of dog for their family.

Aiden is actively wanting to eliminate this specific reason pets end up back at shelters. The website asks you 13 questions relating to barking tolerance, home life, pet allergies, children and training patience. Then it tallies up your score and sends you to Austin Pets Alive! for available dogs matching your parameters.

This new website is a result of an elective at the school called Passion Project, in which students choose a subject they're interested in and design and complete a project through the school year for learning purposes.

We see you, Aiden! Great work.
