Amy's Pile: A Peeps Beer Now Exists

Just in time for Easter, The Collective Brewing Project in Fort Worth, Texas, has developed Peeps-flavored beer.

It's sour-ale brewed with more than 30 boxes of Peeps. It also happens to be purple with edible glitter floating around in there.

Those who have tried it say it tastes "marshmallow-y" and "lightly tart."

Collective Brewing Project co-founder Ryan Deyo tells the Dallas Morning News that they hate that beer “has become this super serious thing.” So, Peeps beer — a collaboration with local bar Lone Star Taps & Caps — is part of their ongoing mission to “assert beer should be a fun thing.”
