Wanna be happier? Get THIS much sleep

Want to be happier? Get seven hours of sleep a night.

A recent survey found that “perfectly happy” people get 7.1 hours of sleep a night, "mostly happy" people sleep seven hours per night and "somewhat happy" people sleep 6.9 hours. On the other hand, those who got 6.8 hours of sleep a night reported being “somewhat unhappy” and those who got 6.7 or less said they were “completely unhappy.” Not surprisingly, women reported getting the least amount of sleep. 


What’s the secret to happiness? Maybe seven hours of sleep.
