A new study found the best and worst states for working dads, based on everything from the length of the average day to childcare costs.  While Virginia's not number one, that honor was given to Connecticut, we are #12. 

The 5 best states for working dads are:  

1. Connecticut 

2. Minnesota 

3. Vermont 

4. Massachusetts 

5. New Jersey
