Earlier this week, a story went viral about this guy who was suing his date for texting during a movie. He filed the incident in small claims court saying it cost him $17.31, calling texting habit "a threat to civilized society."
Well Inside Edition, arranged for them to meet and settle the matter! She did agree to pay him the money back, as long as he stopped harassing her. He accepted the money and the apology, but not before he counted it in front of her!
