VIDEO: Shocking Moment Driver Crashes in Times Square After Hitting Pedestrians

The driver who plowed through a crowd of people in New York's Times Square killing one and injuring at least 20 others is facing several charges including murder.

26-year-old Richard Rojas has been charged with second-degree murder, 20 counts of attempted murder and aggravated vehicular homicide. He's expected to be arraigned in court today. Rojas, a Navy veteran from the Bronx, New York, is believed to have been on drugs at the time of the crash. 

He told police that he was hearing voices and expected officers to shoot him.
