United Airlines caused quite an uproar yesterday when video of a passenger being dragged off a flight went viral. The passenger was asked to leave the overbooked flight so United employees could fly. He refused. Security was called...and they forced him off the flight...by dragging him on the floor.
Well, a lot of people are furious with the airline as to how they treated the passenger. The CEO says that employees "followed established procedure."
