Shortly after I moved into my new house, I found some dog poop on my front step. I remember thinking "who would let their dog poop in front of someone's house and not pick it up??" I also kept my eye open for another incident. It hasn't happened yet, but if I ever saw someone NOT pick up their dog's poop, I'd definitely say something.
This guy was tired of having dog poop left in front of his house, so he decided to confront the woman and forced her to pick up the poop with her BARE HAND.
