Weight Watchers is publicly calling Oprah for not pulling her weight...so to speak. Oprah is one of its most famous board members...and she's apparently been missing too many company meetings. Oprah has been put on notice for not attending at least 75-percent of meetings by the Board of Directors last year.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Weight Watchers says it expects directors to "attend and participate in all meetings and that occasionally a director may be unable to attend."
