McDonald's Employee Jumps Through Drive-Thru Window to Rescue Mom of Two

An off duty Miami-Dade, Florida police officer and her two young children came to grab some food and while at the drive thru, worker Pedro Viloria noticed she had trouble breathing. As she pulled away, the woman became unconscious and ended up in the parking lot median.

Viloria bolted towards the car, then got help. Luckily, a paramedic  was in the restaurant to get some food immediately rendered aid to the woman and then an off-duty Miami-Dade Fire Rescue worker entered the store and offered his assistance.

Between the three heroes, the mother was saved. Asked about his part, Viloria says it was nothing. "The real heroes are the fire rescuers."
